the practical conference for anyone involved in designing or commissioning public services.
Inspiring talks & tutorials - lots on what I needed/wanted to discover from influential/great designs. Lovely people in a lovely venue making me think, and inspiring and motivating me to design better and meet user needs.Anonymous, Interaction Designer
The fourth Service Design in Government event was a hands-on, practical Service Design conference that allowed participants to connect and learn from their peers and leaders in the industry.
Participants left with new ideas and skills to improve public services, an increased professional network, and memories of many useful conversations.
Lots of insights into projects and methods. Really valuable and good quality content. Good organisation.Anonymous, Director
Our keynote speakers for SDinGov 2017 were Louise Downe, Esko Reinikainen, Kit Collingwood Richardson, Sarah Drummond and Caroline Jarrett (to whom we are grateful for the work she put into her keynote with Sarah, even though circumstances prevented her joining us on the day.)
