Welcome to group therapy for service designers - with drawing!
In this playful and very interactive session we'll explore some of the common challenges that face us as we try to design and deliver great public services. What tends to trip you up? How does that make you feel? What can be done about it? This is a chance to get things off your chest, share your experiences and explore some practical solutions. You'll discover that you're not alone, that it's good to talk, and you'll come away with useful tips for how to tackle the things that get in the way.
You don't have to be a service designer to take part, nor do you have to draw - you just need to be willing to share your experiences of trying to improve services.
