About this Case Study
Understanding users’ task priorities is essential for user-centred service design, but often based on assumptions or intuition. The top task ID method provides solid data from your users about what’s most important to them. With this empirical information, you can better align your content and services around users’ actual tasks, with better content management and a more effective information architecture.
This session will explain what top tasks is and how to apply it, with examples from government bodies large and small.
