About this Experience Report
Once you have found your tribe, leave it. Service design is the craft of making good things happen - and tribalism will only get us so far. This is a talk about trying to escape my tribe, putting myself in uncomfortable situations and why that has probably been a good thing.
There will be some personal stories of trying to create space for service design to get done. Dealing with strangers, having arguments, sometimes getting away with it and sometimes not.
