About this Case Study

In 2018, the Finnish Prime Minister’s office collaborated with Hellon to design and facilitate 3 sprints to improve the process of defining the next government's agenda.

The sprints used service design methods and introduced a new way of working for over 75 participants from all different ministries. The impact of the sprints was measured through surveys that concluded that they increased cross-ministerial collaboration and improved citizen perspective in debates, as well as reducing time spent.
