About this Case Study

In the past 12 months, more and more designers have recognised the potential for human-centred design in government policy teams. But what do policy makers think about it all?

In this session, we'll be looking at design through the eyes of policy makers. You'll get an insight into the work of policy makers and their reflections on this policy design trend. You'll also get some great hacks for working with government policy teams better.

He also runs a social enterprise called Yellow Team, which helps small charities keep pace with the digital age.
