About this Case Study
If we accept that digital transformation is a people problem as much as a technology one, why are aren’t we fixing the horribly broken hiring process across government?
As a digital community in government, we’ve learned hard lessons about service design, using data, improving content and engagement tactics - but we barely use this knowledge when it comes to recruitment. This session outlines some of the major flaws in current processes, with examples from the UK and further afield.
