About this Case Study

As a follow-up to their session last year on how design thinking can be applied to service redesign within the NHS, Martyn Evans and Dr Toby Garrood will share the next (and much harder) part of the journey - the implementation of the ideas this process generates.

In particular, they will share their experience of delivering an MVP remote monitoring service within the Rheumatology Department of Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
