SDinGov returned for the 7th year, as the original public sector service design conference, attracting an international audience and programme of passionate Service Designer professionals.

Carrie is the Chief Digital Services Officer for the City and County of San Francisco. A #localgov lifer, she is dedicated to designing public services around the people that use them.

Head of Digital Grant Making, The National Lottery Community Fund and Co-founder of the Point People.

Cassie is the Head of Digital Grant Making at the National Lottery Community Fund, where she leads a £15 Million Digital Fund to help the social sector transition to be fit for the future.
