About the session
Earlier this year seven councils collaborated to develop a maturity model to assist their journey towards increased capability and conditions for service design.
In this interactive workshop you’ll use the framework to assess your own organisation’s service design maturity, helping you identify where you excel and opportunities to grow your practice.
This workshop will provide a hands-on session, working through the new Local Government Service Design Maturity Model so participants can assess their own council’s level of service design practice. Although designed specifically for local government, the model can be adapted and built upon to work for other organisations.
