About the session
For many public sector organisations, finding new ways to enhance the services they offer is an ongoing challenge and it can often be the larger inherited underperforming or disjointed services that hold organisations back.
The design process itself holds a central role in delivering better outcomes for the public sector. There’s not a one solution-fits-all-approach, but there are some key areas to consider when you are laying the foundations for change at scale.
In this session, we’ll share our practical experience of working with public sector organisations to transform nationwide services. Bringing greater efficiencies and improving life for the end users engaging with the service.
Including:
- unravelling complex services that have been shaped over time (for good or bad)
- identifying pathways to success
- why culture, collaboration and communication are key
