About the session
Service design should be a team sport but it’s still not very common for software architects and service designers to work together from the start. As the lead mobile architect on the NHS Covid app project, Mo will share his story of how Zuhlke designed and built the Covid-19 App at pace within volatile, complex and ambiguous conditions.
He will share his experiences of working with service designers and how the whole team followed the NHS service design principles to build and launch an app in 12 weeks and scale to 20 million users within a month.
