About the session
This case study will show how the complexity of the relationship between the three key actors (government, providers, and users) of a public service system impacts on the co-creation of public services, the development of SD projects and the design process necessary to do this.
It will present the preconditions necessary to allow co-creation within complex contexts and the ways in which practitioners could address these issues before approaching public SD projects.
