About the session

In 2015 and 2016 I made over 100 cakes for my colleagues. I collected structured feedback on each cake and recorded cake data on an open spreadsheet. The experience taught me valuable lessons about commitment, workplace culture, building services and the value of regular practice. I will explain what I did, why I did it and how I could put the lessons into practice in a wider context. It’s not really about cake (sorry).
