Co-creating truly inclusive services: beyond wheelchairs and screen readers

In this session, we will review what inclusive research really means and why it's more than just visual impairment and screen readers. We will share a real example of including people with learning disabilities in user research for NHS England. This was done despite a tight budget, with little time and a team lacking specialist experience. We’ll review how to plan and adapt classic hands-on activities and qualitative methods - and still get rich, reliable insight.
