About the session

This interactive talk will take our fellow curious humans on a journey of learnings, reflections and thoughts of how a Service Design Team from a third sector organisation co-designed before, during and “after” the pandemic with youth to create a new digital service to serve their wellbeing.

We want to share our main learnings and challenges through this project while challenging the audience to think how we as designers can use what we have learnt from the pandemic to propel co-design to be future centered!

Participants Takeaways:

  • Reflections of how to involve young people and that co-deign is maybe sometimes (most often) will take a different form than you initially thought it would.
  • A five-point recipe to create environments for mutual collaboration and cross collaboration with practice professionals within wellbeing and who are working with young people.
  • How to keep calm, collected and sane when an organisation is going through changes and digital transformations mid project.

This session has:

  • A session number cap: 30 participants

Themes: Service Design, Future Thinking, Co-Design, Wellbeing, Organisation, Youth Involvement
