Co-producing a feedback tool with young people with care experience: thinking critically about the role of technology in social work services

From Snapchat to Medium, we now have more platforms for expression than ever before - but are our public systems getting left behind? In this session, we’ll share insights generated by practitioners and young people with care experience on the role of technology and feedback in social work services. We’ll discuss the methods that are being used in the co-production of communication tools and explore what we’ve found to be useful for young people, and feasible for public systems to implement.
