About the session

A reflective case study of working as a team of service designers, charity professionals and co-designers with lived experience to co-create and deliver an accelerator for products and services aiming to support people living with lung conditions to become more active.

Over 12 months they collaboratively explored ways of working as a team, sharing power and decision-making, and establishing a safe environment for all involved. The session will bring together the perspectives of the service designers, charity professionals and co-designers with lived experience of living with a lung condition to reflect on what worked, what others can learn from, and what we will do differently going forward.
