About the session
Join programme chair, Sophie Dennis, to reflect on this year’s conference, and ask “what now, and what next?” for service design in public services.
After a decade of embedding service design in government, and two years of intensive work on the Covid emergency response which often tore up the rule book and radically challenged our practice, this year’s conference has been an opportunity to ask ourselves where we have got to, what we have all learned, and where we should go next.
This session will build on the themes from our Keynotes, other speakers and conversations across the three days, with contributions from both conference speakers and participants, as we look ahead to the 10th anniversary of the Service Design in Government conference in 2023.
