About the session

A session that will walk you through ideas for how to approach designing, building, managing and measuring sites that are content driven. This is aimed at people working in user experience or product, but will be useful for anyone that works with content-centric sites.

Bonny will cover off understanding content-driven user journeys, what successful journeys can look like, engagement you can measure, running content-centric research with audience groups and segmenting audiences to better understand their content needs.

This session is aimed at helping people working on content-centric sites to use methodology more commonly associated with product or service based measurement approaches, to help them shape and measure their work more confidently.

We’ll explore content types, and appropriate points to add tracking/measurement, and what success might look like in different contexts.
