About the session
AI is playing a greater role in everyday society. With many more services having more automated and artificially intelligent components, the question of "What happens when the computer says 'no'?" is increasingly being asked. In this workshop we will re-design a public service (Universal Credit) to incorporate AI and automation using emerging technology. We'll ask the question, "How might we make this a better and more well considered service?"
