If you're trying to shift a nationwide system to deliver things in an entirely different way, where do you start?

How do you build collaboration? What role do designers need to take to make it happen? In this session, we'll explore these questions in the context of Nesta's Clean Heat Neighbourhoods.

Clean Heat Neighbourhoods is a case study on systemic policy design. The session will focus on forming a team and working towards system stewarding. It will offer a candid exploration of our journey, highlighting successful strategies and challenging moments.

We'll share insights into our process of designing, testing and iterating policy proposals. We’ll end with a Q&A, inviting open dialogue and constructive feedback on our methodology and potential improvements.
