About the session
Historically, designers and design teams have made decisions for and about citizens. Kelly Ann will share stories of where designers have ‘climbed’ Arnstein’s ladder of citizen participation and are subsequently helping to create better citizen, community and organisational outcomes.
Participants are invited to explore what helps and hinders greater citizen participation in design through a virtual snakes and ladders board.
