Designing an environmental service standard

Talking about the climate crisis is the first step to playing our part as a design community to address it. Influencing our collective design process to consider the environment across every design brief is the next step.

To do this, Snook are working across the industry to co-create and communicate the world’s first Environmental Standard for Service Design. In this session, we’ll discuss our work to date in Discovery, and what the climate crisis means for our industry.
