Do or die: why local government needs to collaborate to survive

There are always local factors shaping the way we deliver services, but local authorities across the country are realising we all have much more in common than differences. This session will walk you through projects where we collaborated with partners from around the UK to deliver tangible outcomes to problems that affected all of us. We’ll focus on how we removed early barriers, found common ground, and got round the fact that we were using completely different systems and processes.
