Exploring the future of open justice: speculative design in service design

Rachel and Nina are policy designers from the UK government’s Policy Lab. Through case studies and interactive exercises, they will demonstrate how speculative design can be used for service design. Participants will gain insight into how Policy Lab experiments with these approaches from central government, and how they hope to use them to improve the policy profession more broadly. You will leave armed with ideas and practical approaches for how you too can use speculative design within service design.
