About the session

Each year the TfL Control Centre manages over 27000 road incidents, with a team working round the clock to keep the transport network and roads flowing smoothly.

How can we redesign the control centre experience, to reduce friction and speed up response times, whilst reducing staff stress levels? This discussion will focus on an ongoing project addressing this problem.
