How might we collectively create a service design apprenticeship?

A group of employers (led by local/central government) is creating a service design apprenticeship for use in England. Apprenticeships aren't just for young people - they include master's-level qualifications, with many aimed at managers/those with prior experience. We want to build the foundation for designing service design apprenticeships globally. We need your help to crowdsource the key skills, behaviours and experience required of a competent service designer. Come give your views and help us shape this technical qualification.
