As a community of designers, we always want to learn new things and get better at what we do. There’s no shortage of ways to do that - but making sure those kinds of endeavours fit a bigger picture is often left to chance. Our community of practice has done some things that have enabled us to be confident that we are growing our capabilities in the right areas at the right time. We’d like to share what we’ve done.
