How we’ve used design experiments to prototype policy at the Home Office

As designers we know that prototyping helps us to quickly and cheaply explore different ways of solving problems, effectively communicate ideas and understand the viability of delivering those ideas.

Recently we’ve successfully demonstrated that design experiments can be effective tools for policy-makers in the Home Office. In this session, we’re going to share the different types of experiments that can be used – including real-world examples of experiments we used to improve a service and practical tips on how to use this approach in your organisation.
