About the session
This session will take participants through an immersive and interactive workshop that brings groups together to collaborate on iterating a service map. Service maps enable teams to see potential opportunities for change, mitigate risks and strategically inform a product roadmap. Participants will be given a design challenge that exists within the public sector and will utilise the STEEPV framework to have a holistic view of potential constraints within the service.
This workshop highlights service design as a team sport and showcases how the service map is a living document that iterates throughout the product delivery lifecycle.
