About the session

Service design isn’t just a set of methods but centred around changing mindsets and behaviours. Simply imparting our service design knowledge and wisdom in training sessions just isn’t enough. 

Now we've completed two 7-month long Service Design learning and development programmes, we’re able to share our secret formula, along with the balls-ups. 
You will also hear from a participant who came to the programme with no understanding of Service Design and now says “once it clicks, you can’t go back to the old way of thinking".
