About the session
Despite the growing momentum of user-centred design, government cultures (internationally and cross-departmentally) still vary significantly in terms of their experience prioritising UCD principles. Government design teams often find themselves as UCD advocates working with decision makers who are newer to its principles or motivated by different priorities.
This workshop invites everyone to discuss what exactly constitutes a good government UCD culture, what can be challenging, and how we can leave a department’s culture stronger than where we found it.
