Into the unknown: librarians undertaking service design in a pandemic

This case-study will chart the Library’s first steps into service design to meet the developing needs of our customers over the past year.

It will focus on the development of our ‘Click & Study’ service, which enables students and staff (some of whom remain on campus) to book a safe space for studying and accessing books.

From a starting point of web design, it will show our journey through to service design and share what we found/missed along the way.
