About the session

Cancer Research UK exists to beat cancer by funding best-in-class research on a global scale. For a long time, our ability to improve existing services and design new ones has been constrained by the limitations our Customer Relationship Management system’s functionality places on our in-house technology products.

Working closely with CRUK's product teams, our users and technical specialists, the Service Design team took on the challenge of informing how our products need to change and evolve over time in alignment with the introduction of our new CRM, in order to deliver the best possible experiences for supporters and staff in the future.
